Weekly Exercise

Example

Below you will find an example of an exercise plan including all four types of exercise: aerobic, resistance, flexibility, and neuromotor. Notice that exercise is spread evenly throughout the week, so as not to overload the body on any given day. You will also notice that there is no exercise scheduled on Saturday. It is always a good idea to include a rest/recovery day in your exercise schedule. Although you may include light flexibility work on  your rest day if you wish, as this can aid in the recovery process. This particular exercise schedule was written for someone at a level 2 on the exercise level progression scale.
